LONDON — In the aftermath of Storm Frank, the grim effects of flooding continue to be felt across Scotland and north England.
Another example of the destruction caused by heavy rainfall was captured Wednesday by Scottish resident Graeme Miller, who shared footage on Facebook of a mobile home being swept along Aberdeenshire’s swollen River Dee.
