New Year’s resolutions often involve strengthening your abdominal muscles, but sex tech company OhMiBod has some other core muscles in mind.

At International CES, OhMiBod featured two products to help women improve their sexual health and strengthen their pelvic floor muscles. Lovelife krush is a smart activity tracker for kegel exercises, and it connects via Bluetooth to a companion app, TASL, short for The Art and Science of Love.

Lovelife krush ($129, pre-order $75) contains built-in sensors that can be used with or without TASL (free on iOS and Android). It uses haptic feedback, so when you’re using it independently of the app, you’ll receive vibrations as you exercise. The app has voice-guided training programs to help women exercise their pelvic floor muscles, telling you when to squeeze, relax and breathe. Read more…
