Beleaguered carrier Malaysia Airlines can’t seem to catch a break.
Due to a combination of strong headwinds and longer flight routes in effect since the downing of MH17, the Asian carrier is telling passengers flying from Kuala Lumpur to European destinations Paris and Amsterdam that they cannot check baggage.
Instead, the luggage will arrive later, according to the airline. Economy passengers are limited to carry-on baggage weighing no more than 7kg (15 pounds), while business and first class passengers get double that amount. Read more…
