London strips down to celebrate 'no trousers day'

LONDON — The temperature might have dropped but it didn’t stop Londoners from supporting the seventh annual no pants day — or no trousers day as it’s known on this side of the pond.

The No Pants Subway Ride began in the U.S. in 2002 started by Improv Everywhere — a group that celebrates silliness in public places.
