For some of us, Instagram is a place to post mediocre photos of food and/or our own faces. For others, like @wolfiecindy, it’s a place to get discovered by pop stars — and propelled into Fashion Week fame.
In December, Justin Bieber shared a photo of a girl on Instagram with the caption, “Omg who is this!!” In true fan culture form, Beliebers raced to find his Instagram mystery woman. The beauty turned out to be Spain-based 17-year-old Cindy Kimberly, known by the Instagram alias @wolfiecindy.
Since then, Kimberly reports being inundated with modeling offers — the most recent being the chance to walk in a Madrid Fashion Week show. Read more…
