If you thought the rash of celebrity-inspired mobile games was going to slow anytime soon, it seems we aren’t out of the woods yet.
Taylor Swift will turn her likeness into a mobile game in a partnership with Glu Mobile, the same company responsible for blockbuster Kim Kardashian: Hollywood. There are no other details about the game; Glu only said it and Swift had entered a “multi-year partnership” and the game will be out at the end of 2016.
Swift seems destined to be another crown jewel in Glu Mobile’s growing roster of stars seeking the sort of success that Kardashian has enjoyed since her game began dominating the iTunes App Store charts in the summer of 2014.
