It was only a matter of time before Steve Harvey turned up in a Super Bowl commercial.
In the wake of the TV host’s botched announcement of the Miss Universe contest winner, rumors flew that advertisers were trying to nail him down for the Big Game, and it seems that T-Mobile pulled it off.
Harvey appears in a spoof of a Verizon commercial that seeks to explain the differences in carrier coverage with colorful balls rolling down a ramp. In T-Mobile’s version of the spot however, Harvey bashfully announces that Verizon’s spot is a mistake and the real ramp should actually be overflowing with T-Mobile’s magenta balls. Read more…
