Climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge in Australia is a fabulous thing in itself, but here’s a way to add just that little more glitter.

It’s called the Mardi Gras Climb, run by BridgeClimb from Feb. 25 to Mar. 9 to help celebrate Sydney’s Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras, the city’s biggest LGBTQI event.

On the way to the top, you’ll get the usual commentary from your tour leader that details the history of the bridge, which for the first time is set to retro tunes. Yep, you can ascend to vertigo-inducing heights while singing the chorus of Europe’s “The Final Countdown.” Read more…
