LONDON — Sinéad O’Connor added her own very special nod to David Bowie to the stack of tributes Friday, performing the singer’s early ’70s single “Life On Mars” at a special concert in Chicago.

Joining Bowie tribute band Sons of the Silent Age, O’Connor also performed “Sorrow,” a track by The McCoys that Bowie covered in 1973.

The crowd goes pretty wild for it, and watching the video of the performance you can kind of see why.
