1. Mindblowing free food & beverages!
Mashable and PepsiCo collaborated to bring SX-goers the most interesting food and beverage options in Austin. The PepsiCo NSPIRE kitchen on wheels offered in-the-know visitors the chance to be their own mixologists — co-creating over 1,000 unique beverage options from two Pepsi Spire machines — and channel their inner gourmet chef with some wild culinary creations. The truck delivered tasty treats like Mountain Dew-glazed bacon and Sabra tacos, Naked Beet juice & Pepsi-glazed chicken wings tossed in Cool Ranch Dorito togarashi, Tostitos & Pepsi-marinated chipotle chicken tacos and Quaker egg white and oat casserole — just to name a few.
