China will immortalise Korean actor Park Hae Jin by putting his face on stamps

You haven’t hit the big time till you get immortalised on a set of stamps. Seoul sensation Park Hae Jin has the honour of becoming the first Korean actor to get his face printed on Chinese stamps and calling cards.

According to Allkpop.com, the set will launch in May with a limited run of only 100 copies, but will eventually be available in regular circulation. The stamps’ release will be followed by prepaid calling cards bearing the actor’s face.

Park is perhaps best known for winning hearts of Chinese women in his lead role in the popular 2010 Korean drama series “Cheese in the Trap.” Read more…
