Just days after violent earthquakes hit southern Japan, the country’s capital city of Tokyo is dealing with powerful gusts of wind.
On Sunday, people passing through Seiseki Sakuragaoka station got a shock when the winds picked up and brought down the scaffolding and facade of a nearby nine-storey building that was under construction.
Japanese Twitter users have since shared pics and videos of the building swaying and the extent of the damage.
Although no injuries were reported, people were visibly shaken by the frightening scene that put Mother Nature’s wrath on full display.
