Sexism is an issue that still cuts through the film industry.
It’s something that is slowly changing, but not in all areas of Hollywood according to actor turned director, Jodie Foster.
Foster is the director of Money Monster, and is currently in Australia to promote her film. Aside from talking about her new crime drama, Foster spoke out about the state of affairs when it comes to women in film.
“I have been a woman in the industry for a long time and I can see that there are enormous strides that have been made for women in the industry,” Foster told Australian current affairs show 7:30 on Monday. Read more…
