If you’ve always fancied yourself as having secret ninja skills, you’re in luck: Ninja Warrior is finally coming to Australia.
The popular reality show, which sees contestants take on ridiculously difficult obstacles with names like “floating steps” and “fly wheels” accompanied by a fair amount of smoke machine, is set to air a local version on Channel 9 in 2017.
The buff among us can now register their interest in competing online.
Originally created in Japan in 1997 and known as Sasuke, the show has expanded globally to 12 territories. Its creator, Tokyo Broadcasting System Television, also announced a deal to bring a local version to Arabic-speaking regions in 2015. Read more…
