ANAHEIM, California — YouTube is making everyone’s Step Up reboot dreams come true.
The Google-owned video giant announced a handful of new originals for its subscription service Red on Thursday at VidCon.
Among them: A Step Up series, executive produced by Mr. and MrsStep Up Channing and Jenna Tatum.
The married couple, who met on set of the original film in 2006, will executive produce alongside Adam Shankman, Jennifer Gibgot and Meredith Milton, producers also from the original films.
The show will begin production later this year and will debut exclusively as the first original scripted series on YouTube Red next year. Read more…
