Starbucks plans to introduce Indian coffee in the US

For the first time in its history, Starbucks will offer a premium single-origin coffee from India in the United States later this year. 

The Arabica coffee will be procured from Starbucks’ Indian partner Tata’s Nullore Estates in southern India’s Coorg region, shipped to the US and roasted at the American company’s Reserve Roastery and Tasting Room in Seattle. For now, the brew will only be available at its Seattle cafe under the premium Reserve label.
