Lady Gaga’s little monsters in China have their fangs out about her recent meeting with the Dalai Lama.
On Sunday, the American singer posted a series of pictures on Instagram of her posing with the exiled Tibetan spiritual leader.
Both the Dalai Lama and Gaga met at the 84th annual U.S. Conference of Mayors in Indianapolis during a panel hosted by Ann Curry. Gaga later interviewed the Dalai Lama and streamed it on Facebook Live.
Gaga’s social media posts immediately blew up with thousands of Chinese fans criticising the singer for supporting the Dalai Lama, whom the Chinese view as a separatist and political troublemaker. Read more…
