Christoph Waltz has some passionate thoughts to share about Nigel Farage, the Leave campaigner who has announced he’ll stand down as leader of the UK Independence Party despite the Brexit vote.

During an interview with Sky News, the Austrian-German actor, who’s in London to promote his new film The Legend of Tarzan, said in reference to Farage:

“Of course the head rat would leave the sinking ship. It’s inevitable, you know.”

In announcing his resignation, Farage said he had “done my bit” following Britain’s referendum vote to leave the European Union. “During the referendum I said I wanted my country back … now I want my life back,” he said at a press conference. Read more…
