In case you haven’t heard, Katy Perry has unveiled her official anthem to the Rio Olympics, and it’s just about exactly what you think a Katy Perry Olympics song would sound like. With a gigantic chorus, a “You can do it” message and a decidedly PG rating, the Max Martin-produced “Rise” is a exactly what an Olympics anthem is supposed to be.  

But how does it stack up to anthems of years past? 

One thing is certain: It’s definitely not the worst.
