LAS VEGAS — Monster, the company which originally launched Beats headphones, continues to chase the brand it once helped create.
At 2016 CES, Monster extended its line of DiamondZ headphones to include several new colors, including rose gold. Apple popularized the now-trendy tone in September with the arrival of the rose gold iPhone 6S. Soon after, Beats — which Apple acquired in 2014 — introduced a pair of rose gold headphones.
Now, Monster is capitalizing on rose gold with the arrival of the on-ear headphones ($349), which will also come in clear blue and white. The rose gold Beats Solo 2 wireless headphones cost $299. Read more…
