Marisa Boyette, 21, an economics and accounting major at Georgia College, is familiar with the laws of supply and demand. She’s well aware that the two tickets she holds for Adele’s concert in Atlanta could fetch much more than the $150 she and her mother paid.
She’s not selling, but the temptation was there.
“Even though these tickets were going for thousands of dollars, I think we want to go more than we want to sell them,” Boyette said
Boyette is one of the lucky few Adele fans to emerge from the mad rush of December 17, when tickets to the singer’s upcoming tour went on sale.
