An Egyptian tourism company is taking a lighter view of Tuesday’s EgyptAir hijacking, presenting a textbook case of “too soon.”
Lions Trips is promoting excursions on its Facebook page with a remark about how passengers could “get hijacked and go to Cyprus” as a bonus.
The company put up the post mere hours after a man hijacked EgyptAir Flight MS181 and forced a landing in Cyprus.
The passengers and crew on board the flight from Alexandria have been released, no injuries were reported, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing. Read more…
