UPDATE: May 12, 2016, 12:04 p.m. BST The car apparently belongs to the brother of Abdul Ahmadza who was visiting last night and parked the car on Woodland Terrace. 

He told PA that he woke up at 4am, saw the car, saw the hole and went back to sleep. 

“Nothing I could do,” he said: 

LONDON — A large sinkhole swallowed a car in a residential street in southeast London early Thursday morning. 

Metropolitan police were called to Woodland Terrace in Greenwich following reports of a sinkhole in the road.
