Fried food aficionado Jonathan Marcus of Massachusetts has figured out a way to deep fry water, finally giving us a way to get our 64 ounces without sacrificing our taste buds.
Marcus managed to deep fry the ball of water by sealing it in a membrane of calcium alginate, then breading and deep frying. About a dozen of these balls were given out at the Stupid Shit No One Needs and Terrible Ideas Hackathon 2.0 in San Francisco.
