While 52 percent of the UK voted to leave the EU earlier this month, those who would rather see the country remain aren’t staying silent.
Over 4 million people have signed a petition calling for a second referendum (which was ironically started by a Leave campaigner anticipating the opposite result).
On Tuesday night, meanwhile, thousands flocked to Trafalgar Square for a Stand Together event – even though it was cancelled due to safety concerns. Some 1,500 attended, according to local reports.
