In the digital age, our access to extraordinary people is unparalleled: Whereas in the past it might’ve taken years and several diplomas for the world to recognize exceptional talent, creative thinking or leadership in a person, we can now identify these traits as soon as they’re made visible.
So if we can pinpoint greatness earlier than ever, can we predict where that greatness will go in the future?
