Designer mocks up 'Stranger Things' as a point-and-click video game

Unless you’ve been living under a very large rock, you can’t not have heard of the Netflix hit series, Stranger Things.

Since the ‘80s-homage show debuted on Netflix in mid-July, its fanbase has grown far and wide to include the likes of Australian game developer, Jacob Janerka.

Janerka, who recently came under our radar for his Seinfeld game mockups, once again took time out from working on a sci-fi point-and-click adventure game called “Paradigm,” to bless us with mockups from Stranger Things.

In his mockups, Janerka illustrates Stranger Things characters Joyce Byers and Sheriff Hopper in a room that’s also known as “The Upside Down.” Later frames also reveal the show’s monster, a demogorgon, when the lights in the room go dark. Read more…
