About MY self

I am an Academic in Language Academy, UTM Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Apart from teaching, I also supervise students doing Undergraduate, Master’s PhD research.

Research is also an important element in academia – my research interests and expertise is  in

Language and Communication with a particular interest in discourse driven research especially in the areas of Health Communication, Professional Communication and Media Communication.

This is clearly reflected in the research work I do with my  PhD students as well as my research grants.
