All accepted papers will be submitted to the IEEE-CS Digital Library as the APSEC 2019 conference proceedings. For accepted papers to be published in the APSEC 2019 conference proceedings, at least one of the authors of the paper must register for the conference and confirm to present the paper in person at the conference venue.
