Alhamdullilah, thank you Allah for making it a day for my PhD student and me. A big thank goes to the chairperson, Prof. Dr. Astuty Amrin, who conducted the session very excellent and truly amazing and the Prof. was assisted by the assistant chairperson, Dr. Hazlifah Mohd Rusli , a very dedicated colleague and friend. I would like to extend this thanks to lovely, kindly and very empathy and highly respected friends and wise examiners Assoc. Prof. Sabrina Ahmad (Dr. Sab – external) from FTMK-UTeM and Assoc. Prof. Shahida Sulaiman (Kak. Shahi – internal) from FC-UTMJB for their valuable comments which are truely spot on and very great helpfull. Not forgetting our very motherly certified counsellor and director of policy studies in FTIR, Assoc. Prof. Datin Noraini Othman as the representative of FTIR (Razak Faculty). My last but not least, this dedication goes to Qudrattullah Omerkhel for his Perseverance, Hardship and Dedication during his PhD journey which has finally pay-off.
