Research Interest
Interested in fundamental research of characterizing the adhesion and cohesion interaction between the microorganism and surface of interest. Experimental technique including force interaction via atomic force microscopy (AFM), confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) and flow cell. Currently, I am focusing on the ability of the Microbial Influenced Corrosion (MIC) bacteria attach on the Anti-BAX coating surfaces.
Biofilm on wound eshar is one my new research interest recently.
Teaching
More than 5 years teaching experienced in Bioprocess Engineering for undergraduate students and Industrial Technology and Bioreactor Design for master level programme.
