  •  Acid etching drum for silicon wafer manufacturing process has been designed for a multinational semiconductor company. The new design of etching drum has been developed by reducing the edge pitch diameter. Etchant resistance onto the silicon wafer has been reduced, thus giving satisfactory result on wafer flatness and thickness. This improvement has affect the production yield to be higher than using the old drum and less customer rejects on certain defects.
