Pursuing Lean

Lean Management or Lean Manufacturing when understood properly can create excellent companies able to compete on a global level. Why? Many reasons. One of them is the creation of a kaizen mindset that challenges current way of doing things by removing all kinds of muda that resides through out the process. Remove non value added activities or steps will definitely shortened the process time and energy..  thus ultimately creating a high value process chain.  Not only muda, but muri and mura must be reduced or eliminated if we really want to be a world class organization whether private or public, manufacturing and non manufacturing including banks, hotels and other services.. Do it now for our country.
