COURSE SYNOPSIS:

This course introduces students to the theorems and methods of DC and AC circuit analysis such as Superposition, Thevenin and Norton theorems. Based on these, the students are expected to be able to solve for variables in any given DC and AC electric circuits. The course also provides the student with the basic understanding of AC power, Two-port Network and Resonance Circuit.  With the knowledge learned, the student would be able to apply the theorem and methods of analysis for solving engineering related problems in circuit analysis.
