This semester I was given the responsibility to teach these 2 subjects. Principles of Management and Human Resource Management. These are two interesting subjects catering two different cohorts. Principles of Management for first year and HRM for 2nd year students. Principles of Management will give students the broad areas in Management while HRM concentrating on all important responsibilities of HR in leading to organization’s success.
