19-22 May 2015:

12th International Conference on Chemical and Process Engineering (ICheaP12) was held in Milan, Italy. It was organized in conjunction with IPACK-IMA Exhibition and 9th Nut and Vegetable Production Engineering Symposium. The venue was at Fieramilano Rho, a large convention centre located 20 min from the centre of Milan (by train). For this conference I have submitted a paper entitled “Efficiency and Thermal Stability of Encapsulated Anthocyanins from Red Dragon Fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus (Weber) Britton & Rose) using Microwave-assisted Technique” which has been published in Chemical Engineering Transaction Vol. 43, 2015.
