To become a registered/licensed land surveyor, one must complete the following criteria set by the Land Surveyors Board (LJT) Malaysia:
a) Complete a university-level degree in geomatics, surveying, or an equivalent Board approved qualification.
B.Eng.(Geomatics)(Hons), UTM, 2007 – Done✅
b) Get practical training in surveying under the administration of a Licensed Land Surveyor.
Article Pupil under KPUP; Served in JUPEM from 2011-2023; last appointment District Surveyor – Done✅
c) Pass surveying examination as set by the Board.

Passed LJT’s Land Law Examination✅
Part II – Submission of practical tasks
Applied for exemption using 10 years working experiences in JUPEM + 2 years cadastral practice in PUD Pahang Selatan (Rompin & Pekan).
