New year resolution

Losing weight, self improvement and having quality time with family and friends has always become the top resolution for most people when  new year is around the corner. But do you know how many people achieved this? According to one study from University of Scranton, a private uni in Pennsylvania, only 8% achieved their resolution.

Why do you think that so many people failed? What is the the secret of those who are succeed?

That is because we probably not good at goal setting. The key is to keep the list simple,short and more relevant, and of course write it down more specifically!

  • Throw away what you have been cluttering

  • Be FIERCE
  • Don’t gossip
  • Show more gratitude
  • Do things that challenge you
  • …..and Be BRAVE!
