This project is originated from 3rd year students during Nutritional Biochemistry course. They wrote a simple review on green tea which was published as a book chapter in Plant-related Research.
Further exploration was made possible when the student proposed this topic as her Undergraduate Research Project. So we brainstormed and came up with a research flow chart. Her dedication and motivation turned this idea to a successful project where we managed to publish a paper in a non-indexed journal in 2018 (It is a good start and experience for the student).

We never expect that this project and her good work invited several interested parties to collaborate and seek for our service in food analysis. So this become part of consultation service we currently provide.
