Toxicology : Risk Assessment

Online and recorded lectures are too mainstream ? and lecturers need to cope with other important matters too. Time constrain is always there even when conducting online teaching & learning. So this week’s toxicology session requires students to watch movies ? i know the kids will love it, apart from leisure they need to refresh their minds after the mid-sem break

The selected movies are Contagion or Outbreak or Deranged or The Flu. Students get to choose which one they want to watch.

Then, they are required to fill in the toxicology & risk assessment form… Lots of toxicology principles can be discussed after watching these movies.

Most importantly, in future students can make this as a habit – to always relate what they learn, analyse the theories, turn on critical thinking mind while watching movies. From here, they can slowly judge which movies are beneficial to watch and which movies are just a waste of time. Leisure yet knowledgeable
