Initially, the confrontational feedback from designers can be shocking, especially since brutally honest feedback is rarely given early in university learning, particularly in the School of Education. However, through COCIAL, I have become braver and more prepared for the real world of work. My understanding now exceeds the course requirements.”

This mirrored real client interactions, which I experienced firsthand through freelancing after completing the course. I managed to earn an income by freelancing, thanks to the clear understanding of good design I gained from the Media Design course. And now, I even teach creative multimedia courses myself!”
