When you’re an adult, a good catch up is sometimes a quick hello at the airport in between the years, sometimes decades apart.
I’ve known Ayin TaufIqbal for 25 years, and have only seen her 3 times after we left school, after she left to become a flight attendant at Brunei Airlines – once in Terengganu in 1999, once in London in 2001, and once more in Shah Alam in 2014.
It was a pleasure getting to see her and her two kids again, and also a pleasure to meet her new husband.
Hopefully we will get to meet up again soon. Hopefully in Brunei 😊
