UTM is ranked #1 in the world for SDG7 (SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy)
We are proud to share that UTM has achieved remarkable success in the 2023 THE Impact Rankings for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)!
Our high commitment to positively impacting the environment has earned us a global ranking of 101-200.
Notably, our efforts in SDG 7: Affordable and Clean Energy have positioned us at the top spot in the world among 812 institutions.
Additionally, three other SDGs have garnered international recognition, with SDG 9 (#39), SDG 4 (#70), and SDG 16 (#96) securing a place in the esteemed Top 100 rankings.
At the national level , we are proud to maintain our position as Malaysia’s leader in SDG 9: Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure.
