My research area is related to the area of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Work-Related Attitudes and Behaviours, Work-Life Interface, Stress Management, Work Design & Psychological Well-being, Spirituality & Religiosity at workplace, Ethics and Integrity at Workplace; Psychological Testing (Psychometric); and Research Method (AMOS, SPSS).
