NASA Space Apps Challenge 2018 in KL is back!
Last year’s event was successfully conducted along with huge media coverage including The Star, the New Straits Times, Astro, and many more.
This year, we are happy to announce the next NASA SPACE APPS CHALLENGE 2018, one of the world’s biggest hackathon event in more than 170 cities around the world

Date: 20 – 21 October 2018
Venue: Petrosains, The Discovery Centre, KLCC
Participant: Open for anyone who is above 18 years old and interested in developing meaningful solutions to help needs applicable to both life in Space and on Earth
Participation Fee: Free for first 500 registration (Group/Individual)
Registration: Inviting group & individual
Prizes: Will be announced later
About NASA Space Apps Challenge:
The event embraces collaborative problem solving with a goal of producing relevant open-source solutions to address global needs applicable to both life on Earth and life in Space. The two-day hackathon gathered brightest talents to collaboratively develop solutions that will help improve life on Earth. We need students, technician, designer, whoever willing to share your idea!
UTM participants will be mentored by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Noor Azurati Ahmad, who has experienced in the Space Apps Challenge since 2016. Participants are also encouraged to attend a pitching coaching session with ICC as a preparation in participating the program
