My research area are spatial analysis, statistic and modelling with the emphasis on applications such as spatial tourism, spatial disaster and spatial social science. Currently, I am supervising a number of PhD and Master students from local and abroad. I have with me now several research grants from UTM and the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). My teaching and learning (T&L) focusses on spatial statistic and geospatial database and I am also the coordinator for the Bachelor’s final year project.
