Assalamualaikum and Greetings!
In case some of you didn’t know how to claim dental treatment and the process of generating the reference no. from HRFIN, here are the steps that you should follow…
- Login to portal my.utm.my
- Under “PAUTAN LAIN”, Click “Sumber Manusia”
- Then you will be redirected to HRFIN System. From here, you need to click “Sistem UTMHR”
- Next step is to key in your UTMHR username and password.
5. Once you log in, Under “Perkhidmatan” >”Perubatan” >”Rawatan Pergigian” submenu, you need to click on “Tuntutan”.
6. Next is to click the “search” icon and click on your staff number
7. Then, fill in the details required by the system.
8. Once you are done, Click Save and reference number will be automatically generated by the system. At this point, your submission status is still draft. All you have to do is click “submit” button.
9. Now check back the status of your claim, it should be submitted. Then you’re good to go.
10. Finally, don’t forget to write the reference no. at Borang Rawatan Pergigian form. Submit to your PSM.
