I’ve always shied away from reading self help books as I thought they would make me feel worse about myself. But, this books has helped me to see past all that. Practical tips on how to be a better person among your peers, to show that you care when you really DO care, and to be better at small talk. This book has helped me to be better at socializing. Also, it has opened up a whole new world of self-help books (I Love self help books!)
