5 Dates
1 tea spoon coco powder
1 glass of milk
1/2 glass of water
4 table spoon of oat
1/2 tea spoon of cinnamon (optional)
Bland all the ingredient in the blander and enjoy it. The taste is YUMMMYYYYY! Very nice. You will love it.
