Dr. Roslli Noor Mohamed has a Diploma in Civil Engineering from UTM in 1995 and Bachelor Degree (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from UTM in 1998. He then join UTM as a tutor in 1999 and completed his Master in Structural Engineering also from UTM in 2002. He is then appointed as a Lecturer before pursuing his Doctoral Degree in 2004. He obtained his PhD from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom in 2009 and appointed as Senior Lecturer in 2010. He is now serving the Department of Structures and Materials, School of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, UTM. He has taught several subjects such as Engineering Mechanics, Mechanic of Structures and Materials, Integrated Design Project, Reinforced Concrete Design I and II, and Prestressed Concrete Design.

Dr. Roslli Noor Mohamed is currently the Associate Chair of Continuing and Transnational Education (TNE), School of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia since July 2018. Previously, he hold the same position with the name of External Programme Academic Manager. Under this position, he works closely with UTMSPACE, managing the academic matters of part-time students pursuing first degree in Bachelor of Civil Engineering. He is a Graduated Engineer with Board of Engineer Malaysia, BEM and a professional Technologist, Malaysia Board of Technologist, MBOT.

His research area/interest is related to the reinforced and precast concrete construction, self-compacting concrete, steel fibre reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete design. He has published more than 60 technical papers in international journals and conference proceedings mainly in the area of concrete structures and materials. Between 2011 and 2019, 1 PhD and 2 Masters (by Research) students have graduated under his main supervision. Currently he is the main supervisor for four PhD and two Masters (by Research) students. For joint or co-supervision, he is currently supervised 3 PhD students locally and internationally.
